Friday March 3rd World Day of Prayer – St. John’s Church Hall, Ansley Common Held this year at St. John’s Church, at 10.30 a.m. The Service will last for about an hour followed by refreshments, often reflecting the food of the chosen country.This special service is drawn up by the chosen country. It has a theme and gives information about the nation and people.The chosen country is Taiwan. The title is “I have heard about your faith”Saturday 18th March - Open Church for Mothering SundayThe St. Laurence’s Church, Church End, will be open from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. for private prayer and contemplation, and on Sunday 12- 6 p.m. (Light refreshments available on Saturday).
