Welcome to Minehead Parish!

We are a growing and diverse church family with one outlook:

We are blessed with 3 places of worship and gathering:

  • St Andrew's Church in Wellington Square
  • St Michael's Church on North Hill
  • St Peter's Chapel on the Quay  
We embrace a diversity of worship styles and fellowship, and we would love to meet you!

  • 10am Parish Eucharist - St Andrew's
  • 6pm - BCP Evening Prayer - St Michael's

4th Sunday

  • 8am BCP Holy Communion - St Michael's
  • 10am Parish Eucharist - St Andrew's

5th Sunday (when there is a 5th Sunday in the month)

  • 8am Holy Communion - St Andrew's
  • 10am Creative Worship - default St Andrew's unless otherwise advertised
  • 6pm Sung Evensong (Choral / plainsong) - St Michael's

Every Second, Third, Fourth Sunday at for 1 hour, 15 mins

10am every 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Sunday of the month. A service of Holy Communion (sharing of the bread and wine) with hymns followed by refreshments. All Welcome. We have an Open Table policy that all who would like to receive Communion may do so.
2nd Sunday includes Sunday School.

On the 1st Sunday in the month this service is held in St Michael's, North Hill

Every Wednesday at for 30 mins

Our churches

We follow the Church of England's House of Bishops guidance and policies, and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officers (PSOs).
