Welcome to Our New Benefice AdministratorWe are delighted to welcome Debbie Ewing as the new Benefice Administrator for the Six Fen Churches.Debbie will be working alongside our Rector, Canon Mark Collinson, and the wider ministry team, providing administrative support across our churches in Benwick, Christchurch, Doddington, Manea, Welney and Wimblington.Her role will include helping with enquiries relating to baptisms, weddings and funerals, as well as supporting communications and the day-to-day administration of the benefice.Debbie says: “I am delighted to be joining the Six Fen Churches and am really looking forward to getting to know the people and communities across the benefice and working alongside Mark and the wider team.”For general benefice enquiries, including baptisms, weddings and funerals, Debbie can be contacted at:debbie@sixfenchurches.orgWe are very pleased to welcome Debbie to the Six Fen team and wish her every blessing in her new role.

Millions of people have tried Alpha and found it a life-changing experience. A group of 18 people, both young and older have just completed our first programme. They are so enthusiastic about that we are starting another Alpha course on Monday 5th October 2026 for anyone who is curious about life, who wants to ask questions. Are you curious? Why not give it go? You can come to the taster session without any commitment to come again. Refreshments will be provided. Various people have already said they are going to come for a variety of reasons - either they want to get baptised or confirmed, or have recently had a baby which has set them off thinking about the wondrous nature of life. Whatever your reason, come for the first session and if you enjoy it, come back for more.
