The Chirbury Hills Group of Parishes
Our benefice is made up of the three "Chirbury Churches" - parishes formed from the ancient parish of Chirbury (Chirbury, Marton-in-Chirbury, and Middleton-in-Chirbury with Corndon Marsh), along with the parish of Trelystan with Leighton, formed from part of the ancient parish of Worthen. Our six churches serve an area from Corndon Hill to the River Severn, across the Long Mountain and straddling the border - so three of our churches are in England, and three in Wales.

"Our Group is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO). Our Diocese’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor who advises our PSO.
