We asked for your views, and we have listened!

This is a summary of what you think of us and the work our churches is doing.

Our Strengths:  Determination, resilience, perseverance, team work, outreach, second family, diversity of worship, fellowship, skills of congregation, hospitality, community, support – family, accessibility and relevance.

Our Weaknesses:  Perception that church is rich, structural, communication, administrative communication, legal umbrella, safeguarding, absence of strategy, lack of money, weariness, buildings, perceived relevance, people working and public transport.

The Opportunities We Have:  Outreach to people, to go out to the people, more engagement with schools, occasional offices, chaplaincy, heritage and pubs and other venues.

The Threats To Our Continued Presence:  Talking the talk and not walking the walk, not enough emphasis on people and too despondent.
