You will be aware of Bishop Michael's forthcoming retirement and may have seen in the Diocese Bulletin that there is a plan to collect monetary donations across the Diocese as a retirement present for him.

In Mid-Trent we have decided to collect any such donations during the Team services in August (in addition to the offertory not instead of).
