Benefice of Ruscombe and Twyford

We are one church family spread across three churches: St Mary’s Twyford, St James Ruscombe and Twyford United Reformed Church. Together, we seek to share God's love in our communities.

We each have slightly different styles of worship, but the same love for the one we worship; we each represent different strands of Christian tradition, but share the same desire for ourselves and for other people: that we might come to know God better by getting to know his son, Jesus.

Together, we seek to encourage one another as we follow Jesus and live out the message of the Bible, led by the Holy Spirit.

Safeguarding

The Benefice of Ruscombe and Twyford is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops' guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officers, PSOs. The Diocese of Oxford’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSOs.
