Raise money for local churches by visiting as many as possible on foot/bike/horse - however you like! Routes are available plus info on how to get sponsorship. Or if you can't take part you can sponsor someone else. To find out more or to take part go to: ohct.org.uk/ride-and-stride/

We have at least 2 people taking part again from Milton.
Heather and Liz will both be taking part again raising funds for Milton church and would be grateful for any sponsorship. To sponsor Liz please go to: goodhub.com/go/oxfordshire-historic-churches-trust-200603. Liz writes:
“This is a very worthwhile cause, as in addition to the half proceeds received direct from my ride, the church can apply for grants from the Trust. We have in the past received a generous grant for essential repair works and expect to be applying again in the future.”

Safeguarding

Our Parish is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO). Our Diocese’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor who advises our PSO. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the PSO. For Milton and Shipton: Liz Watts 01993 684286, [email protected]. For Fifield and Idbury: Catherine Hitchens 01993 831881.
You can also contact the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority’s children or adult social care services.
