Holy Hour before the Blessed Sacrament (ciborium) is a profound way of spending quiet time together in the presence of our Lord.We need these times of silent prayer together so that we may rest together as one with the Lord in his presence, hear him ‘speak’ and open ourselves to the promptings of his spirit both in our personal lives and in our life together in continuing his mission and ministry.
