Occurring
for 4 hours, 29 mins

Join us for a Eucharist of the Last Supper. Afterwards, you are invited to take part in a vigil of silent prayer, lasting until midnight. We are still looking for more volunteers to help sustain this vigil; if you intend to attend, please sign the list in church so that we can see which 15-minute slots still need filling.

St Faith's will also be holding their Eucharist of the Last Supper at 6pm; this will similarly end with a vigil of prayer.

On Good Friday, our churches become stripped and empty, focusing only on the Cross and all that it means. Join us, and Christians throughout the world, as we gather at the foot of the Cross and pray for the world and ourselves.

From 1pm, you are invited to reflect on the cross. An hour of silent prayer will be interspersed with four reflections on the cross.

At 2pm, we will gather for the Liturgy of the Cross, as we hear the events of the first Good Friday recounted from John’s Gospel. The cross is processed through the church, reminding us of Jesus' own journey to Golgotha.

St Faith's will also hold a Liturgy of the Cross at 2pm.
