Safeguarding

"Our Parishes are committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops' guidance and policies and most churches have their own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO). Our Diocese’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Officer who advises our PSOs. Link here: https://www.cofe-worcester.org.uk/safeguarding

If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the relevant PSO (please see individual churches' A Church Near You page) or the Diocesan Safeguarding Officer via: [email protected] and 01905 732800. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and the local authority’s children or adult social care services.
