This is an open meeting and everybody is invited to attend.  

At the meeting, besides the presentation of reports and the financial accounts, an election will be held to appoint PCC (Parochial Church Council) members, who are responsible for assisting Revd. Melanie in the running of the Parish.  

Those eligible to vote in the election must be on the Electoral Roll which will be reviewed between 19 April and 3 May (see other notice about this).  Those who are already on the Electoral Roll do not need to complete a new form this year but anyone who is new to our congregation is invited to do so.
