The 15th Century church of St Mary’s, Tunstead, is another of our large churches. The fabulous rood screen and vaulted chamber behind the altar (the purpose of which has still not been successfully answered) are just a couple of highlights of this magnificent church in the middle of the Norfolk countryside.
