Wilby: All Saints

All Saint's Wilby normally meets for worship on the 3rd Sunday of each month, joined by the congregations of Eccles and Quidenham.

We use the more traditional language for our service. The congregation enjoys the comfort of upholstered chairs in a carpeted chancel for our services but on special occasions, when we have larger congregations, it is a privilege to use the older wooden pews and box pews in the nave that reflect the unique 'Book of Common Prayer' church layout following the fire in 1633.

Safeguarding

The parish of Wilby: All Saints is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer(s), PSOs. The Diocese of Norwich’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSOs. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the DSA (Sue Brice: 07958 377079 or [email protected]). If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority Children or Adults Services.
