Sharrington: All Saints
Norwich
Our normal practice is to hold a service in our lovely Church at 0930 every Sunday. When there are five Sundays in the month a Group Service is held which may take place at another local Church. Inevitably more restricted arrangements have been necessary during the Covid pandemic. However, our Church remains open during the day and visitors are always most welcome.

Regular services
We hold a service of Evensong at 5pm on Zoom on the first Sunday of each month.
Please contact Ian Newton on [email protected] if you would like to take part in Zoom services. You are most welcome, wherever you live; our most distant participants live in North Carolina!
In church, we hold a church family service on the 2nd Sunday and morning prayer (BCP) on the 4th Sunday of each month. Our sister church in Saxlingham holds a communion service on the 3rd Sunday in the month. All at 11am.
Usually the October family service is Harvest and the November service is Remembrance. Some family services take the form of communion services and all are welcome to these and to all other services. Details of all services are given in the village Newsletter which comes out most months; copies are in the church.
The church remains open at all times for prayer and reflection.
Please contact Ian Whittle, the Rector, if you want to talk at this very uncertain time.

Most churches are “Excepted Charities” and are therefore not registered with the Charity Commission. You can download a PDF that includes your church name, address and church code. This PDF, which is an extract from the Church of England’s database of churches, can serve as a certificate for churches requiring proof of their charity status when registering for online and card-based giving. Click on the download button below and fill in the short form. You will then be emailed the certificate as a PDF.
