The Big Breakfast fed over 70 people with a "Full English". Thanks to all our volunteers.The Pilgrimage Group walked Hope Pilgrimage in the Peak District, Edale to Eyam, and came back fit and healthy, reflecting on a very special time.The Ride and Stride has been a major event in Clungunford for many years. The introduction of a small arts and crafts fayre in the church helped invigorate the day for locals and visitor from Stourbridge, Telford and London.
On a noticeboard at the back of the church is a work plan put together by God's Acre, showing the seasons and the activities planned to take place. If you would like to know more please go look.Last year God's Acre laid the hedge along the track, it is developing well this spring. In February they cleaned much of the area behind the church and ivy from the gravestones. The spring cut is in MayThis July the group came to scythe the meadow grasses and flowers growing around the older stone graves.There is a monthly churchyard clean-up session on the first Monday of the month, usually from 10am - 12.00. Check with the churchwardens or just turn up with appropriate clothing for gardening and any tools you think may be useful. Refreshments will be provided.
