Snead, St Mary the Virgin

Welcome to St Mary the Virgin and it's beautiful rural setting. We are part of the OnnyCamlad Benefice, a group of 9 churches within the Diocese of Hereford.

Our church is open everyday for you to come and have some quiet time and we welcome visitors to all of our services.

Across the Benefice there are a range of services every Sunday so if we haven't got a service here at Snead there will be one close by.

If you want to find out more or wish to enquire about a wedding or baptism then please contact our Benefice Administrator by email at [email protected] or leave a message at the number listed below.

The parish of Snead is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our safeguarding officer, Mrs Sue Cooke. The Diocese of Hereford’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSOs. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the DSA. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority Children or Adults Services.
