<span style="font-size: 1rem;">It is a time of silent contemplative prayer.</span>
The time begins with a short prayer and a brief reflection. This is followed by a time of silent contemplation and concludes with a prayer.

When regulations and low rates of Covid 19 permit coffee and biscuits are served after the time of prayer.
All are very welcome to join in this time of contemplative prayer.
