Tuesday communion CURRENTLY SUSPENDED
Every Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. for 45m
Church Street Yeovil
A non-singing, midweek communion followed by refreshments. A quieter affair than Sundays but very welcoming to all.
A more formal communion service, with music by the organ. Junior church for the 3-16 year olds takes place at the same time and we have a creche. Refreshments follow the service when much chatting to and welcoming of newcomers takes place.
Your home! Wherever you are is where this service will be. 'Tune-in' to watch the live-stream service from your own home and know that God is with you in that place. We are in this together and our church family will simply resemble a Christian diaspora for a while.
Following the suspension of all our church services we will be live-streaming a mini service from our church every Sunday morning. If you are unable to 'tune-in' at the time you will be able to find recordings of it on our webpage after the event. http://www.sjyeovil.org.uk/resources/videos
Surely the best service of the year when we celebrate our risen Lord and Saviour! We may each be in our own homes, and perhaps feeling distant from our church family, but at this live-streamed service, we can be together as the family of God. We love to encourage you to send in photos or videos of yourselves during the service, which we can share as an encouragement to each other, and especially to those who live on their own and are self-isolating.
Your home! The location will be wherever you live, as this will be a live-streamed service via our YouTube channel.
So much we are unable to do this Easter, but we plan to continue our Good Friday tradition of the morning family service. So join us this coming Good Friday for our live-streamed family service. Join through our YouTube channel so that you can participate with comments and feel part of our Good Friday service as we think about the Easter events and the Saviour who died for us all.
