NOTICES

We are open! It was wonderful to see so many of you last Sunday, and to be able once to worship together. The church will continue to be open for private prayer throughout the week, and also for Mass (which will also be streamed).

Kay Harland, RIP Kay’s funeral mass will take place at Holy Trinity this Tuesday, 21st, at 2.00pm. Her body will be received into the church the night before. If you’d like to attend the funeral, please notify Fr Julian in advance. Thank you.

Sunday Coffee This week’s Zoom coffee chat will be at 12.00pm, and hour later than previously. Joining details have been sent.

Church Grounds It would be very good if we had some volunteers to tidy the church grounds, especially weeding the paths. Some people have already put in time and effort, and we’re most grateful to them. Please help!

Raffle Cheryl Grindle is selling tickets for a raffle on the 22 July. Tickets are £1 each with lots of prizes to be won! If you would like to buy a ticket or any further information, please contact Cheryl by phone- 07816 644901 or by email - [email protected].

John Playll RIP It was with sadness that we learnt of John’s peaceful death on 7 July in the Salisbury Nursing home where he latterly lived. His funeral will be held, at his wishes, at Holy Trinity, at a time yet to be arranged. Our thoughts and prayers are with Maggie, his daughter, and all the family. May he rest in peace.

Email Address It has not been possible, despite many concerted efforts, to transfer the church’s email address to our new systems. The new address is now: [email protected]. Emails addressed to the previous one will be automatically forwarded.

Sharing Together Our monthly discussion group continues looking at St John the Baptist this Thursday (23) at 2.00pm via Zoom. Please let Fr Julian or the office know if you'd like the joining details, and a copy of the notes for preparation.

Outlook If you have any contributions for the August edition of the Outlook, please send them to George Coles directly ([email protected]) or the office by the 22 July.

If you wish to include any items for the notice sheet please email or post to the Parish Office by Thursday morning, please.
