Harvest Thank you for your gifts of food and

toiletries. These will be donated to the

Foodbank and Open Door.

Gift Day Thank you to those who have already

given. There is still time to donate. Cheques to

£294.50 has been raised. Thank you.

Annual Meetings Because of the strong

possibility of a further (temporary) lockdown,

the Annual Meeting of Parishioners and

Annual Parochial Church Meetings have been postponed

by three weeks, so notice is formally given that these

meetings will be held virtually by Zoom on Sunday 25

October at 11.30am. The joining details

circulated electronically. The meetings concern 2019, so

before COVID.

Weekly Offering Envelopes are ready to collect

from the back of church. They have been

allowed to stand for 72 hours, so are fine to take

away. If you would like to be included on the weekly

giving scheme, or would like to know about other

methods of giving, please see John Rudge.

COVID Precautions Please don't forget to wear

masks when attending worship, and take

proper precautions regarding sanitising your

hands and keeping social distances, especially when

receiving Holy Communion.

Christmas Draw Tickets are available from

Wendy Burge this morning, both to buy and

to sell. Donations for the prize hampers

would also be gratefully received. Please see Wendy;

please let Rosie at the office know.

St Michael Icon St Michael hasn’t flown away,

but the icon in St Michael’s chapel has been

returned to the writer for further varnishing,

and will shortly be returned.
