Lockdown The church will not be open for private prayer during the week, and only for 'communal worship' on Saturday evening and Sunday morning. Government regulations allow for churches to be open, but it has been decided to limit drastically Holy trinity's opening to ensure the safety and well-being of everyone. Please do take care of yourselves and others, and abide by the new regulations.

Service Times Although the weekly service times have reverted to their earlier format, please note that only the Saturday evening and Sunday morning ones may be attended. All the others (and Sunday 10.00am) will be streamed. Please feel free to view through Facebook (Holy Trinity Taunton) or A Church Near You. You don't have to be 'signed up' to either!

Bells An anonymous benefactor has offered to cover the costs of the restoration and rehanging of Holy Trinity's peal of six bells. This is an incredibly generous offer, and we are most grateful. A faculty application is being made, although this is at an extremely early stage.

Parish Office During lockdown the office will not be staffed, but calls and emails will be picked up. For a quicker response, please contact Fr Julian directly (01823 337890/ [email protected]).

Crucifix We are most grateful to Julie Harland who has given a very handsome wooden crucifix in memory of her late mother, Kay. It has been hung in the Lady Chapel behind the altar, and will be dedicated in due course.

Prayer – Everyone, Everywhere A series of daily resources and ideas for prayer this coming week, finishes with Zoom services from the cathedral on Saturday. Please see the diocesan website (Everyday Faith) for downloads and joining details.

If you’d like to include anything in next week’s

Notice Sheet, please email Rosie at [email protected]
