Walsingham Festival at Exeter Cathedral This year sees the centenary of the re[1]founding of the Anglian Shrine at Walsingham. To celebrate this, there will be a number regional festivals, the nearest being Exeter this Saturday 21 May, starting at 11.30am. Bells All 6 bells have now been removed and taken to Loughborough for restoration, and will reinstalled in due course in a new bell frame. PCC The new council has its inaugural meeting in the hall this Wednesday following mass in church. Please pray for you church councillors, particularly those elected recently.

Sharing Together This month's discussion group will meet on Wednesday week (25th) in the Vestry at 7.30pm. We'll be re-visiting Walsingham! Ascension Day As usual, we will be celebrating this important day with a Sung Mass at 7.30pm on Thursday 26 May.

Outlook Please don't forget to let George Coles have any copy for the monthly magazine by this coming Wednesday, 18th, please. We're a bit light on content at the moment!

New Prebendaries One of the three new prebendaries of Wells Cathedral recently appointed is Fr Robin Lodge, the Vicar of St Andrew’s here in Taunton, and a good friend to Holy Trinity. We congratulate him and hold him in prayers. He will be installed on Tuesday 7 June at 5.15pm during Cathedral evensong.

Kath Darch, RIP It was with sadness that we learnt of Kath’s death on Thursday 12th. Her funeral will be at Holy Trinity, but no details are known as yet.
