Piano Recital by Marie Pascale Hitier

Marie Pascale Hitier, International Pianist and Lecturer at the Conservatoire of Caen will perform on the piano in St John's. Marie-Pascale first studied at the Conservatoire of Caen and then at the Conservatoire National Supérieur of Music and Dance in Paris before completing her studies at the Conservatoire Royal in Brussels and training as a teacher at the Ecole Normale de Musique in Paris.

In more recent years, her concerts have included Twenty Contemplations on the Infant Jesus by Messiaen, Mozart concertos, Brahms quintets, works by Schmann works by Schumann, Dvorak,
Vierne and Schubert’s Winterreise for voice and piano.

This concert is supported by Taunton Rotary Club in celebration of the visit of the Rotary Club of Lisieux. There will be a retiring collection; refreshments will be served.
