We would like to invite you to join us as we celebrate advent with lots of lovely events and services throughout the month of December.
A short reflective service of Holy Communion every Wednesday evening at 6pm.
Our Over 60's group meet on the second Thursday of every month for a lovely warm three course meal, conversations and friendships. There is a small charge to cover the cost of the food.
Every Friday morning, in term time. Toys, activities, songs and story time. Snack time includes toast, fruit and healthy snacks. £1.50 donation per family.
Term time only
Our main service takes place at 10am each Sunday morning. Services include contemporary music, prayers, a Bible reading and a talk. There's always a warm welcome and refreshments are served after the service.
On the 1st and 3rd Sundays of the month the service is Holy Communion, and children have their own activities in a group.
On the 2nd and 4th Sundays of the months the service is All Age. Everyone stays in church together and we learn from each other.
When there is a 5th Sunday in the month the service is usually All Age Holy Communion, and we all stay in church together.
Pop Up Church is a growing, relaxed, spiritual community planted on Higher Croft estate. We meet each Sunday morning at 11.30am, usually in the Roman Road Library, but in good weather we meet next door in the Gro Zone.
We would love to invite everyone to join us as we sing along to festive carols with the brass band playing. The evening will include a hot pie supper for all.
We would love to invite one and all to join us in a real barn to sing festive carols surrounded by the animals and a lovely festive atmosphere. Remember to wrap up warm and wear your wellies !!

We would love to invite you to join us at our Christmas Day service. A family friendly holy communion and you can even bring your favourite present with you.
The ladies WoW group meet up on the fourth Friday of every month. We are a group of ladies who vary in age and always have a fun filled evening whatever we plan. From games nights, movie nights, summer BBQs and making Christmas crafts. We have evenings planned that suit everyone. Food and drinks are included for a small charge on the evening.
For youth from across Over Darwen, Lower Darwen and Highercroft who are looking to intentionally go deeper with their faith and encounter more of God.
