St. Cuthbert’s is an Anglican Parish Church in the Modern Catholic tradition serving the North area of Burnley, with a very open and friendly nature and where everyone is welcome. We have a very good and enthusiastic S.A.T.B. (Soprano, Alto, Tenor & Bass) Choir & Festival Choir. We hold the Child Friendly Church Award and the Sunday School welcomes all children and young people. Parents of young children, toddlers and babies are welcome to stay too. We have a children’s play area in church and an open policy for Baptism and offer a special welcome to all visitors and newcomers. We warmly invite all Communicant members of every part of Christ's Church to receive Communion and non-Communicants are invited to the altar for a blessing. All of our services are open to all and everyone is welcome.
