The Friends of the Church of St Leonard (FOCSL) are raising money to repair and protect the stained glass windows of the church of St Leonard, Walton le Dale.The committee are always looking for ways to engage our community both near and far and we met with Dean Taylor and asked him to perform series of four plays. The first two plays entitled Dickie's Meadow about Richard the Third and the second entitled Warts 'n' All about Oliver Cromwell were resounding successes. The third play about Lord Byron will be shown on Saturday, 6 April. Tickets cost £15 per person and £10 for students.
