Our theme was Love and John 13: 34. The children were a delight and made cards to give to people they love, and those who care for them. After juice and biscuits, we sang a hymn and shared what kind things we can do to show our love.To view more pictures click the link.

On Candlemas it is a tradition for Christians to bring their candles to their local church, where they are blessed and then used for the rest of the year. These blessed candles serve as a symbol of Jesus Christ, who is the Light of the World. If you are attending church, you are invited to bring one candle from your home, perhaps the one you use for private prayer, and it will be blessed. As you leave church today, you will be given a lighted candle, a symbol, taking the Light and Love of Jesus Christ with you and to others.
