We explored the need for ‘self-care’ and shared how we look after ourselves. We considered Mindfulness and how it can relate to Christian Spirituality. We tried several exercises including ‘The Raisin Practice’ and ‘The Body Scan’. Everyone left feeling calm and at peace, and determined to carry on with the techniques.
