The Mayor of Pendle for 2023-24 is Cllr Brian Newman and the Mayoress is his wife Lynne Newman. This year the Mayoress’ Charity Appeal Fund will be supporting The Autistic Society, Pendle and Rossendale Mountain Rescue, Curry on the Street and Youth Organisations involved in Sport in Pendle. The choirs of both our churches came together and received a personal thank you from the Mayor, for their excellent contribution to the service. There are some pictures from the day if you click the link to view.
