St Paul

We are an inclusive church family, believing that God's love is available to all. We do not exclude on the grounds of gender, sexuality, ethnicity, age, social status, or disability.

Our reason for being is to worship God, we demonstrate that not just by coming to services in a church building, but by aiming in our daily lives and as a worshipping community to show God's love to those who have yet to know how much God loves them.

We take seriously our responsibilities concerning Safeguarding. Details of which can be found at https://www.stpaulsmarton.co.uk/safeguardingstatement.htm

Safeguarding

"Our parish of Marton: St Paul is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO). Our Diocese of Blackburn’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor who advises our PSO. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the PSO or the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor, these details can be found by clicking on the link "Read More". If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority’s children or adult social care services."
