Church of England Diocese of Blackburn Overton

About Us

12th Century - with Norman Wall, Musician's Gallery.

We are a mixed rural and fishing parish, in the Deanery of Lancaster. The parish is north of the River Lune estuary and has an estimated population of nearly two thousand. The boundaries include Overton, Middleton, Heaton with Oxcliffe and the fishing hamlet of Sunderland Point.

Views from the  Church are breathtakingly beautiful, overlooking the estuary, towards Glasson Dock and Lancaster.

PLEASE NOTE -  Revd Lorraine Moffatt -  Curate in Charge of Overton St Helens.

Revd Moffatt will be part-time.
