Year 6 Communion for Corpus Christi

As some of our Year 6 children received Holy Communion at our school service today, following their Confirmation last Sunday, we spent time reflecting on Corpus Christi, which was celebrated last week.

We opened a special gift box and talked about the joy and excitement of receiving a gift. Inside was the priest's wafer, or host, helping us to think about the Eucharist and how Jesus is God's gift to all of us.

Through this simple activity, we reflected on Jesus' love, his presence with us, and the gift he gives to each one of us.

We are very proud of our Year 6 children as they continue on their faith journey and grow in their relationship with God.
