Harvest Messy Church: A huge shout-out to Kerry, Vicky, and the amazing Messy Team for pulling off a fantastic morning yesterday! From creative crafts to fun activities and a brilliant time of teaching around the story of Jesus feeding the 5000, it was a truly joyful celebration full of laughter, learning, and community.
Harvest Ceilidh: Last chance for you and your friends to join us for an evening of music, laughter, and dancing with the brilliant Still Reeling Ceilidh & Barn Dance Band. Saturday 11th October, 7 pm. Tickets £10 (including fish & chip supper) — available from Alan. Entrance by ticket only!
Harvest Festival: Will take place in church next Sunday! Items of chocolate, wines, spirits, household goods etc. together with canned and dried foods can be delivered to the Vicar’s Vestry. Please also sign up at the back of church today if you are able to bring anything to the Harvest Jacob’s Join lunch which will take place immediately after the 10.45 service. The afternoon will include our famous auction and Harvest fun.
The Bishop’s Harvest Appeal 2025: This year, for our Bishop’s Harvest Appeal, we are encouraged to support our link Diocese in the Free State. We will donate the funds raised at our Harvest auction, together with any personal donations, which can be made using the ‘Harvest’ envelopes at the back of church. Any cheques are to be made payable to 'Blackburn Diocesan Board of Finance Limited (Diocese Harvest Appeal).’ Many thanks.

Prayers: Interviews for our Youth Pastor position will take place on Monday 13th October. Please pray for the four candidates who have been shortlisted and pray too that God will grant us holy wisdom and right discernment.
