What do we mean when we say we are Christians?
Ideal for those who have recently started their journey, as well as those further along the way.

Each session will be held in the Randall Room at 12.30pm after Parish Mass, led by Fr Paul Hawkins and Mthr Nicola Stanley who will explore a topic which is central to the Christian faith. The sessions are standalone, so you can come to one or more of the sessions, as you wish.

Sandwich lunch provided. No need to book. All are welcome and we look forward to seeing you!

Holy Week in the Christian Church - the week between Palm Sunday and Easter. Observed with special solemnity as a time of devotion to the Passion of Jesus Christ. We hold said Masses on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of Holy Week, the three days preceding Holy Thursday, Good Friday and Holy Saturday, the three great services which form The Triduum.

The Great Easter Vigil and First Mass of Easter is the culmination of The Easter Triduum, and marks the first sign of Christ's light and resurrection. The service starts in the dark outside church on the forecourt where the Pascal Candle is lit and blessed. The congregation then files into church, carrying unlit candles - all is still in darkness. The candles are lit one by one as the people progress through the atrium and into church to begin the Service of Light......
