Getting here
St Matthew's is a wonderful church family in which we long for Jesus Christ to be everything to us. Jesus the Son of God has forgiven our sins and brought us in from the dark outside to be sons and daughters of His own wonderful Father. Jesus has made us a city on a hill as we draw near to Him and are enraptured by His beauty in the Scriptures. We are a family with open arms in which we share life and flourish in the gifts Jesus has given us as we serve Him together. We genuinely long for everyone around us to experience nothing less than we have and come to know Jesus as we know Him and receive Him and all He brings. We pray that people who are tired, struggling and in need of a saviour, from all across the parish and city of every background will pour into the church on the hill and Jesus will become everything to them as well.
