After many months swathed in scaffold, the 'Peter Window' is back! Thanks to the very professional work of DM Windows of Bristol and their Team, the concrete cancer impacted mullions are gone and a glorious new window is in place. To complete the transformation internally, our wood block flooring has been renewed and polished in the church and Lady Chapel and moth impacted carpets around the altar have been replaced. Next month, the organ is uncovered from its protective wrap and will be retuned by the original manufacturers, and the storm damaged suspended ceiling in the narthex will be replaced.
This has been a long and massive effort for the church and we are grateful for the perseverance of those directly involved in its delivery, and for the patience and collaboration of the wider congregation. We think you will agree that the wait has been worth it!
