St Peter's is a warm, friendly inclusive congregation  - all are welcome regardless of status, gender, sexuality or colour. Our Buildings are fully accessible to those with physical disabilities, and the clergy work with those with hidden disabilities to ensure all can worship as freely as possible.

The main Sunday Service is Sung Eucharist at 9.00 am and incense is used every week.  There is a Said Eucharist most Wednesday evenings at 6.30 pm.

The church provides much outreach work to the community in the form a Breakfast Club (Wed am)  Craft Club (Tues am); Tea and Toast (Mon am)   These groups meet weekly apart from breaks for holidays, etc.

The local branch of the Royal British Legion occasionally meets at St Peter's.   When Penhill Royal British Legion closed the war memorial was relocated to St Peter's Church in 2013.

For children and families there is a regular Messy Church on a Saturday afternoon and also outreach to schools in the community.

St Peter's welcomes enquiries for weddings and baptisms.
