Midweek Communities in Christ Church

We have several groups who meet in Christ Church or the Community Centre during the week as detailed below.  Please also check out the 'Services and Events' page which is updated regularly.

Treasure Together - A spiritual reflection group exploring the question 'Where are we seeing God at work?' through methods such as Lectio Divina - a form of reflective and prayerful scriptural reading.

This group meets every Monday between 12 noon and 1pm in the Large Meeting Room in the Community Centre @ Christ Church.  All welcome!

Fellowship of Faith meets on the 1st, 3rd and 5th Wednesdays of the month from 7pm to 8:30pm in the church.  This group is led by James Davies-Spratt and Simon Giles and explores questions of faith and enjoys creating fellowship with food.

Bible Encounter Group meets on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month in school term time from 7pm to 8:15pm.  This group is led by Paul and Maranda Ng and Jo Porter and explores the Bible in depth.

Home groups

Home groups are small informal groups of people from across Christ Church and St. Marys who meet together mid-week in different people's homes to enjoy, among other things, socialising, sharing meals, discussing topics relevant to faith, praying and exploring the Bible together. There are both afternoon and evening groups.
