Charlton Church

Welcome to St Peter and St Paul's, known as Charlton Church. We are a friendly and active church, providing four services each week and a monthly special service for families. Our beautiful church, 'the cathedral of Dover', plays an important role in our community through outreach and through social and cultural events. Whether you have religious faith or not, wish to learn about Christianity, try church or find a place where there is friendship and support, Charlton Church has something for you. Do get in touch or just come along to one of our services or social events. You will find more details on our website.

The parish of Dover Charlton: St Peter & St Paul is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer(s), PSOs. The Diocese of Canterbury’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSOs. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the DSA. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority Children or Adults Services.
