About Us

St Margaret of Antioch is a fine example of Early Norman architecture, and has Saxon foundations.  It is Grade One listed and has particularly important West Door stonework, which is one of the finest in Kent, along with an extensive collection of Medieval graffiti.  It is also one of the earliest examples of an aisled Norman church, and has an evocative stained glass window dedicated to the memory or three local men killed in the Herald of Free Enterprise disaster.

We are a welcoming church community and value all our congregation from the youngest member to the most senior.
