About Us

St Mary & St Radegund, Postling is a beautiful simple church in a quiet churchyard.

The origin of the church is Norman, and it still has some Norman architectural features. One very unusual item is a dedication stone, rare in Kent- sadly the Latin inscription did not mention the actual year of dedication! Medieval wall painting and remains of a rood screen are other interesting features.

The church is always open during the day to welcome visitors and is loved and supported by the village.

We offer traditional Anglican worship with a broad mix ministry team.

Please visit us to worship or just to be close to God in whatever way you find God. You will find a big welcome from our regulars.

We have a small congregation reflecting that fact that the village population is not much more than 100.

Family communion is on the first Sunday at 9.30, Prayer Book Communion is on the third Sunday at 8am. We have spontaneous services on other Sundays, including breakfast and tea services.

Happy Hour is on the last Friday of the month from 6-7pm- a regular village gathering but visitors are very welcome. Coffee mornings are held on the second Saturday of the month from 10-12 noon.
