SUNDAY SERVICES:

 

The first and third Sundays of the month:  8 am, Holy Communion.*

A quiet, prayerful, traditional service.

 

Every Sunday: 10 am, Main service at St Nicholas.

Alternating between Morning Worship and Communion each week. Children and families are welcome at all the services. The usual pattern is as follows:

1st Sunday       All-age Morning Worship

2nd Sunday      Common Worship Eucharist

3rd Sunday      All-age Morning Worship

4th Sunday      Common Worship Eucharist

5th Sunday*     Common Worship Eucharist

*See porch notice or newsletter for venue; the service is held alternately at St. Nicholas and at St. George’s, Benenden.

Sunday Evening Services:   There is now an evening service in the Benefice of Benenden and Sandhurst every Sunday (except the 5th Sunday of the month).  The style of each service is different.  Please come along and try them for yourself.

1st Sunday of the month, 5pm, Choral Evensong at St George’s, Benenden

2nd Sunday of the month, 5pm, Evening Prayer at Sandhurst Mission Church

3rd Sunday of the month, 4-6pm, Messy Church at St George’s, Benenden

4th Sunday of the month, 5pm, Praise Service at Sandhurst Mission Church

The latter is a new monthly service, starting Sunday 22nd January.  If you are interested in a more contemporary style of worship, praise and prayer and a more informal service please come along.

 

 

Every Tuesday: 10 am: Holy Communion at the Mission Church, Back Road, Sandhurst TN18 5JU

Morning Prayer is held at 8 am on a Tuesday and Wednesday at the Mission Church in Sandhurst, and on a Monday and Friday at St. George’s Benenden.

Every Wednesday in term time there is a Drop-in Café from 9 to 11 am in the Mission Church with a Toddler Group. Books, toys and activities for babies and toddlers - and refreshments and cake for their parents and carers!
