Over the last three months, representatives from our PCCS, congregations and village communities have been meeting to discuss how our governance (the way we organise and run our parishes) could be better modelled for sustainability and growth for the future. Below is a Summary Report of these discussions, highlighting common trends across our parishes in terms of the good things that are going on, the challenges that each of our parishes face, and possible ways forward. This document will form the basis for further deliberation across our PCCs.
