St. Michael's Sittingbourne
Update: 24th July 2020
Following the temporary closure of our church building on March 23rd, we have carefully considered the safety aspects of re-opening St. Michael's for public worship. This week our PCC was in full agreement that the stringent risk assessment and modifications to the building mean that we can return to worship on a Sunday morning.
It will be different as at present we have no choir or congregational singing, but our organ sounds wonderful. There will be a combination of Holy Communion and Daily Prayer services on Sunday Mornings from 10 am throughout the Summer, and we will review where we are in the Autumn. Following each service we hope to remain open for a short time to facilitate personal prayer.
Visit our pages to print your own service booklet if you prefer, or download an electronic version. You will also find a note on the changes to the building too.
