The downloadable pdf is a copy of our leaflet for bereaved families who wish to apply for a burial or the interment of ashes in Arthuret Churchyard or who wish to place a memorial on a grave. There is also a downloadable form for applying for a plaque in the garden of remembrance, as mentioned in the leaflet for bereaved families. 

Families should contact their Undertaker or if they don’t have one then contact Nicholsons Undertakers, Longtown who will make arrangements for the interment of ashes in the Garden of Remembrance.
