A small group meet informally every week in the cottage next to St Martin's church from 7pm to 8:30pm.

We aim to encourage one another in our Christian faith through Bible study, discussion, prayer and coffee.

Every Wednesday at 10am there is a Holy Communion Service which alternates venues between St Martin's Brampton and St Mary's Lanercost.

This year Brampton Churches will be meeting together on Wednesdays in Lent in Brampton Methodist Church Hall from 12 noon to 2pm.
We shall be serving soup and a roll followed by a cup of tea or coffee and the lunch will be followed by a short talk on the theme of Who is my Neighbour.
There is no charge for the lunch but we shall be pleased to receive a donation for the work of Christian Aid. Last year, Lent Lunches in churches throughout the country raised a total of £600,000.

The three churches in Brampton will be holding an Easter event for children 5 – 11 year olds accompanied by their parents.
This will be happening at Brampton Methodist Church on Wednesday 25th March from 3.30 - 5pm.
There will be games and activities for children and we shall be explaining what happened at the first Easter.

Whenever there is a 5th Sunday in the month, all the churches in the benefice join for a United Service at one of the churches in the benefice.

On Maundy Thursday 2nd April at 7pm there will be a United Benefice Service at Talkin Parish Church.

Once again, this year, on Good Friday April 3rd, the three Brampton Churches will be holding a joint Walk of Witness.
The walk will start at 11am outside the Methodist Church, and then continue via the Green Door, old Bethesda and St Martins. We will continue to the Moot Hall where the walk will end with a short service followed by tea or coffee and hot cross buns.
All are welcome to join us.

On the first Sunday of every month, we meet together for an informal family friendly service for all ages followed by refreshments.
As 5th April is Easter Sunday, our service will include communion.

In a change to our usual monthly pattern of services, on Sunday 12th April we shall be having a Morning Worship service with a baptism.

Everyone welcome. We have a family friendly area in church for parents with younger children.

Tea and coffee are served after the service.

We meet every third Sunday of the month at 9:30 for a morning worship service.

Please note that as a one-off, the service on Sunday 19th April will actually be a Holy Communion service even though this is a third Sunday.
