Good Friday Walk of Witness

On Good Friday April 18th, Brampton Churches Together will be taking part in the annual Walk of Witness.
We will be meeting at 11am at the Brampton Methodist Church, carrying a cross round the town, and finishing at the Market Place where coffee and hot cross buns will be served at the Moot Hall.

Welcome to Saint Martin's Church in the market town of Brampton, in north Cumbria.


Saint Martin's Church is home to a warm and friendly church family. The church building was designed by the architect, Philip Webb, and the stained glass windows by Edward Burne-Jones. In the glorious east window the angels hold aloft on scrolls the words of Psalm 95:6:

"O come, let us worship and bow down: let us kneel before the Lord our maker."
