What we say about ourselves:
The church was built in 1840to cover the rural south of Carlisle.
Since then Carlisle has grown and the church was extended in 1975.
We have a fairly urban parish now but still incorporate a large rural area. By tradition we would be liberal catholic.

1st Sunday: 8.00am Holy Communion (said). 10.00am Parish Communion (sung). 12.00pm Baptisms. 6.00pm Evening Prayer.
2nd Sunday: 8.00am Holy Communion (said). 10.00am Parish Communion (sung). 6.00pm Evening Prayer. United service with the Methodists every other month.
3rd Sunday: 8.00am Holy Communion (said). 10.00am Parish Communion (sung).6.00pm Cafe Church.
4th Sunday: 8.00am Holy Communion (said). 10.00am Parish Communion (sung). 6.00pm Varies
5th Sunday: 8.00am Holy Communion (said). 10.00am Parish Communion (sung). 6.00pm Evening Prayer.
Midweek: Monday: 8.30am Holy Communion: Wednesday 10.00am Holy Communion. Friday 6.30pm Holy Communion with prayers for the sick.
