The Acting Bishop of Carlisle has appointed the Revd Michelle Woodcock as Priest in Charge of the Benefice of The Beacon Team Ministry. The Licensing Service will take place on Monday 15th April 2024 at 7.00pm at St John the Evangelist Church, Grayrigg. Bishop Rob will be officiating. All are welcome, but please note that parking is limited.
At the end of July 2023, Revd Tricia Rogers moved to a new parish. The Beacon Team churches have started the process to appoint a new team vicar but at present are in interregnum (an interval of time between one priest leaving and the next one being appointed). The post has been advertised and interviews will take place on February 8th.Services are continuing as usual in each of the churches.
